Silver
Silver is Tonje (Tiger's) character. He's a PC
Name: Donat Quinn”Silver” Roux

The pictures are just an idea of how he looks.
Somewhat androgynous, quite pretty elf. Has long silvery blond hair that most of the time is kept in a ponytail. Dark grey eyes that people say remind them of his mother. For a job he will wear quite stylish clothing that looks designer made (armored of course) and a stylish long coat. He is somewhat more relaxed when he is not working, but not much. His clothing is generally in dark earthy tones or black. He has five piercing in his left ear and two in his right, they are generally taken out when he is on a run and simple studs or rings the rest of the time. He has six tattoos: a colorful Chinese dragon (on his right upper arm, covering most of it), a tribal style band of roses (on his left arm, right above his elbow), the Medli and Deadeye’s gang symbols (on his chest), old fashioned handcuffs (on his stomach) and a stylized rifle (underneath his left shoulder blade). His stomach, lower back, sides and thighs are covered in old scares and burn marks that look like they have a pattern to them. He wears two rings on his right hand, a simple silver ring on his middle finger and Celtic pattern one on his thumb. He also wears a dog-tag with a criminal SIN from UCAS, common among in underworld of FDC, where it is a sign that you have survived prison and thus calls respect from other lowlife.
Bio (short version):
Born elf to elven parents, Silver used to be a brat about his heritage until he entered school. From he was 8 until he left at age 16 he was bullied, hence the scars. Until he met Esther when they where 12 he did not have a single friend. When he was 15 he moved out from his parents, several times they called the police to find him as he kept on running away. After about nine months they reached an agreement, Silver would be allowed to live on his own and not have his parents intervening and he would come home every now and again. At age 15 he also joined the Medli, Esther did not approve of this and they lost contact. When he turned 16 he left school for good. Somewhere around 21 he met Deadeye and had a rather interesting relationship with him. A few months later he met Esther again as well as Verity. The four started running the shadows. After the Mess (which Silver thought was his fault) he left Seattle for a few years, traveling around. In Santa Fe he joined a team that he rather liked and had a rather lengthy (for Silver) relationship to one of the members, Flake. This was a really good team and the team Nico is famous for. They ended up making a fair bit of money. When Flake and Akiko (one of the other runners) died in a run gone horribly wrong, Silver swore to find the person who masterminded that run and make them pay. The traces led him back to Seattle.
Fake SINs:
Silver have three fake SINs. He does not use his real SIN for much anymore. These three fake identities are:
Hugo Norris: The SIN he does all this legal activities he cannot use his real name for. His apartment is in this name.
Nickolaus “Nico” Schmeling: His most used one, the one most people know him by. Immigrant from Germany, originally from Berlin. Nickolaus is quite known in the underworld.
Toirdhealbhach “Thor” Mulryan: His first SIN. The only SIN Esther, Verity and Deads will know about. He has been a somewhat retired SIN lately, but Silver still uses him sometimes.
Silver’s fixer, Anaru, knows about Nico and Thor and that they are both fake, but he does not know Silver’s real SIN or about Hugo.
